Appointments
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance, and we do not accept walk-ins. To schedule an appointment, please contact us.
- Currently, all appointments are virtual, meaning web-based video teleconference, and not physically in-person, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Appointment frequencies and durations vary by type and complexity of service.
Fees
- All fees are per occurrence and are due at time of service:
- Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Session (typically once or twice per week; w/ Dr. Gill):
- 30 min: $217
- 45 min: $297
- Psychiatric Assessment (once, on intake):
- for Med Mgmt only (w/ Dr. Gill & a PA or NP): $400
- for Med Mgmt only (w/ an NP alone): $350
- for Psychotherapy and Med Mgmt combined (w/ Dr. Gill): $400
- Medication Management Follow-up, 15-20 min (typically weekly to semimonthly; w/ a PA or an NP): $187
- 20-30 min: $215
- Complex Case Second Opinion Consultation (w/ Dr. Gill): $400
- Leadership Coaching, 45 min (w/ Dr. Gill): $297
- Clinical Supervision Session, 45 min (typically monthly; w/ Dr. Gill): $297
- No-Show / Late (<48h) Notice:
- w/ Dr. Gill: Full fee
- w/ PA or NPs alone: $80
- Preparation of letters, forms, etc., as well as extensive consultations with the patient outside of normal appointment times or with other physicians and therapists, may be billed at the above rates based on time spent.
Insurance
- Dr. Gill: Services offered by Dr. Gill alone are not covered by any insurance plan; Dr. Gill's services are private pay only.
- PA or NP: Services offered by a PA or NP may be covered by BCBS/Carefirst and UnitedHealthcare commercial plans. Please check with our office as not all plans qualify.
- Out-of-network: All providers can work with you as a private pay, out-of-network patient, and you may submit detailed receipts ("Superbills") to your insurance carrier for typically some level of reimbursement.
- Any services rendered by our providers that are not paid for by your insurance will be billable to you.
